Welcome to VS Detailing! By booking services through our website, phone, or any digital platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.
1. Service Agreement
VS Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services at the location provided by the customer.
All appointments require vehicle access in a safe area with enough space to perform services.

2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate address/location details
Remove personal belongings before service
Ensure there is access to the vehicle and adequate working space
Inform us of any vehicle issues (leaks, electrical issues, sensitive alarms, etc.)
VS Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

3. Payment & Pricing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, pet hair, stains, excessive dirt, and biohazard removal.
A non-refundable deposit may be required at booking.
Failure to pay may result in late fees, collection actions, or refusal of future service.

4. Appointment Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to service.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of scheduled service total.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or conditions unsafe for our team.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for excellence. If you are not satisfied:
Notify us within 24 hours
We may offer a correction visit at our discretion
No refunds once services have been completed
Results vary depending on age and condition of the vehicle.

6. Damage & Liability
VS Detailing takes precautions to prevent damage.
However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing scratches, paint defects, rust, clear coat failure
Electrical issues during interior cleaning
Aging/leather wear, cracked surfaces, broken trim pieces
Aftermarket modifications that fail during cleaning
Any known damage must be reported to our staff before service.

7. Vehicle Condition Policy
Extra charges apply for:
Excessive filth or stains
Pet hair
Mold, bodily fluids, or biohazard cleanup
Heavy oxidation and paint correction
Customers will be notified of additional fees before work continues.

8. Environmental & Safety
We comply with all local environmental regulations.
If the service location is unsafe (aggressive pets, dangerous lot, hostile behavior, etc.), we may cancel and fees may apply.

9. Media Release
We may take before/after photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing unless you request otherwise before service begins.
No personal info or license plates will be shown.

10. Warranty
Ceramic coatings include performance durability based on the package purchased.
Improper maintenance may void durability claims.
Ask us for proper wash care instructions.
No service is guaranteed to permanently remove stains, defects, or odors.

11. Privacy & Communication
Your information will never be sold or misused.
You may choose to receive service updates and promotional messages by SMS or email.
You may opt out at any time.
Mobile Data Disclosure:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

12. Agreement
By booking with VS Detailing, you acknowledge that:
You have read and agreed to this policy
You understand pricing is subject to inspection and condition
You accept that results vary depending on prior vehicle condition
VS Detailing
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
